He is a International Development Consultant with more than 10 years of working experience. He has served as a Board Member to the Editorial Board of Tanzania Bureau of Standards for the period of five (5) years from 2013 and Member of the ISOlutions User Group for the International Standardization Organization (ISO) in Geneva from 2012 to 2015; contributed on analyzing and advising on strategies, projects and investments in Information Technology (IT) towards business process improvements.

He has also worked for an International Development Consultancy with the UK based firm (Landell Mills), as a Key Expert for the ARSO – Intergovernmental organization established by African Union, the then OAU and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, the project aim to link African farmers with the market; and for a development consultancy on the project of Strengthening Regulatory Environment in Tanzania through Development of National Quality Policy, a European Union “EU” funded project implemented.

He also works as an independent adviser specializing in the strategic management, business process improvement, quality management and project management.

Some of his many successful project is Global 2013 Smart Partnership Dialogue on Leveraging of Quality and Standards in Transforming Production and Trade in Tanzania under the Tanzania National Business Council where he worked as an Author, Facilitator and Resource Person on the Zonal Smart Partnership Dialogue.

Also he had conducted Industrial audits to the business processes of a number of firms just to mention a few, JK Tyres & Industries Ltd – India; Star Composed Chemicals Mfg LLC – United Arabs Emirate, Sunda International – China.
